Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Pro-Protein Performance (neutral taste)


  • 1 cup oat flour


  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)


  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey


  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil



Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt and Pro-Protein Performance.


  2. Add the vegetable milk, maple syrup or honey and olive oil. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous paste.


  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in a small ladle of batter to form each pancake.
     
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes and cook on the other side.


  5. Serve the pancakes hot with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.
